I actually remember the first question you're talking about and had the same reaction. I've come to ignore my frustration and accept that some of the answers are probably too close to call for multiple choice as asked by Barbri; I think the questions are designed to condition you to recognize subtleties now that so that on exam day the answers will appear even more contrasted.encore1101 wrote: Side note: I hate Barbri because there's things that, I don't know if its just me, but I don't see as "reasonably foreseeable," but they mark it as their answer. For example, a truck driver ignoring accident signs and traffic warnings drives into an overpass bridge that's too low for his truck and knocks some rubble onto a person who was in an accident just prior = foreseeable. But an airplane pilot with an expired license who crashes upon landing with a novice pilot who ignored the control tower = unforeseeable.

/nod. I was ready to punch my computer monitor while doing the MBE questions for Property, but I am extra careful in reading the entire question/answers as a result of Barbri and their maniacal ways.
