Sorry to hear that. Some of the smartest people I know have failed MD (and, hell, other bars) on the first round, and at least you know what to focus on for the next round.TheFutureLawyer wrote:383

I believe I have a condensed MD Civ Pro outline, and I may have one for Torts. Not sure how helpful it is, but you're welcome to it.

Its definitely not just you. I'm sure people have and they're just not posting about it. People are generally silent about bad news and will generally project the good news. Thanks. Definitely don't think of myself as among the smartest of my classmates, but I think I'll make a pretty good attorney.
Btw, did anyone else around here fail this exam, or just me?
