No, I didn't spend too much time on MEE/MPT. I blame 25. Like I said more experimental question makes it harder to score high, but it also makes it harder to score low. It is the trick NCBE use trying to boost median score.

Gotcha. That certainly seems unfair to F17 takers who are banking on a high MBE to boost their score. Damn NCBE...

No one should bank on anything. It's the bar, lol

I think it is beneficial for people who are better writers rather than multiple choice test takers. And let's face it. Lawyers should ALL be good writers, so maybe it is better. Always more of a struggle for those that aren't strong MC test takers. Makes it more of an even playing field.
