Those are extremely impressive numbers! Do you believe that the drop is attributed to focusing more of your study time on the essays/MPT?maxmartin wrote:J2016 158, F2017 149pra61391 wrote:Do you mind sharing your MBE score with us?maxmartin wrote:Yep.pra61391 wrote:How do you know your MBE score already? No, I didn't spend too much time on MEE/MPT. I blame 25. Like I said more experimental question makes it harder to score high, but it also makes it harder to score low. It is the trick NCBE use trying to boost median score.pra61391 wrote:Those are extremely impressive numbers! Gotcha. That certainly seems unfair to F17 takers who are banking on a high MBE to boost their score. Damn NCBE...

Well, if you're aware of your strengths and weaknesses, you should be able to know the areas which give you a higher likelihood of successbatmanandbaybreezes wrote:pra61391 wrote:No, I didn't spend too much time on MEE/MPT. AHH yes BUT you also have to be careful to nurture all areas. Myself included have gotten caught up in %s of things and focused on areas over other areas and felt the effects. It is a tricky game to play. Best thing is to let a bar course navigate your commitment to time in areas. My humble opinion.pra61391 wrote:Well, if you're aware of your strengths and weaknesses, you should be able to know the areas which give you a higher likelihood of successbatmanandbaybreezes wrote:pra61391 wrote:No, I didn't spend too much time on MEE/MPT. Re: NY Bar Exam - February 2017 - Release Date Predictions
I completely agree. However, I bombed the J16 MPTs, so I felt obligated to pay a bit more attention to that area of the test while studying this time around. Of course, that doesn't mean that I neglected my other areas of study.HopefulSara101 wrote:AHH yes BUT you also have to be careful to nurture all areas. Thank you, though. This is solid advice for someone who's studying for the bar for the first time!

Ugh, I'm so exhausted. I wish I had a g/f so badly today so I could just go home, cook dinner, drink some wine, and snuggle all night watching Netflix and waiting. Instead, all by myself....no snuggin....

I'm the opposite in terms of affection, I feel so bad for my fiance. I'm like, DON'T TOUCH ME! You're too close to me right now! And then I go grab one of the pugs and just squeeze them.GoBills4life wrote:Ugh, I'm so exhausted. Starbucks playlist is questionable AF, like what are these songs? Jazz meets elevator music meets the 90s?
