I think the order might actually be different for everyone. Themis does it depending on your strengths and weaknesses, or so I've heard.

It's just silly that Themis expects people to do more after a simulation day. I'm doing the NY simulation tomorrow, and that's ALL I'm doing tomorrow.

Anyone else's essay grader just keep giving them the same grade on each and every graded essay? As in, the same power-of-ten grade every single time? I can't help but feel that this is straight-up laziness.

Re: my earlier request as to the two questions, I know the one in Torts MBE PQ 5 was the negligence/Russian roulette one (if that helps anyone inclined to post for my benefit). Can't remember what the Crim one was at all...

Themis doesn't even write their own model answers half the time....instead they copy and paste the model answers from past CA bar exams.......You would figure if they have an open book and someone writing the answer they can hit more issues than a past answer. It's also frustrating because you pay all this money for material that is otherwise free.

Just realized that I can look at my graded essays and see what other people averaged for each essay.

Are the NY multiple choice questions on the milestone today real NY questions? Or are they Themis written? Because if they're real, then my god...

Does anyone have anything helpful for professional responsibility? Like a condensed outline that hits major points or something? I fucking hate that subject. I feel like I get it sometimes and then there is a weird bullshit piece that I never saw coming and I won't have time to review the 80 page outline now. It would be super helpful! BTW, I'm in Michigan, if that helps. But I doubt professional responsibility is very state specific.

If you go to your course progress, green box button, there will be the graphs showing your percentage completed. Each label (i.e., MBE PQs or Essay PQs) can be clicked to take you to a different page. If you click the one for graded essays, you can see the comparisons.

Today I gotup at 6am, rode my bike 5 miles to work, put in my 8 hours, rode my bike home, then sat down to do this simulated exam. I just wrapped things up tonight. I'm hoping that the actual exam feels like a cake walk compared to the shit-show level of brain-frazzled fatigue I'm experiencing right now. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one suffering here.

I don't know how helpful filling out handouts over and over again in aid of memorization is for you, but it's very helpful for me. I've created some decent handouts that I plan to do over and over until we can finally call it a day. So far I have only done MBE subjects. If you're interested, please see my dropbox below.
