I think everyone is waiting on C&F as they do this closer to result time. Has anyone received clearance?

But do we hear if we're cleared? I thought we only heard if we had problems. I read the thread from last year and someone said that they called to ask, and was told that they were approved way back in August and that they don't even always call references.

Ha! First of all, I don't think I could even remember what I typed. I blocked out those two awful days.

Secondly, I keep telling myself that these people had all the time in the world to come up with these answers, and may have included info that the Bar Examiners didn't even want! That being said, I won't look at them. I'm getting antsy enough as it is at work, getting assignments every day and hoping that IT'S ALL WORTH IT.

I know everyone is all awaiting results however I am looking to take the Virginia bar in February. I would like to avoid the astronomical cost of a bar prep program, does anyone have any suggestions or is anyone looking to sell their state specific bar course material if they are legally and contractually able to do so. Please DM me. Thank you

My assumption is if we haven't heard about C&F, we either passed without C&F issues, or we failed and there's no need to complete the C&F process.

I got a C&F letter because of a traffic camera ticket that I had forgotten to report. My guess is that you would have already received a notification if there was an issue with your application.

Does anyone remember if the results page always said "Results Pending" at the top? Or is that new? http://barexam.virginia.gov/bar/barresults.html Wondering if that means results are going to be released early/soon.
