I've scored 65% on my last three torts MBE sections and 60% on my last three con law sections. I feel like I narrow it down to two on every question and pick the wrong answer every time. Any suggestions? I realize these percentages are pretty threshold so I need to improve.

Themis says your goal is 50% for now so its not that bad. I'm getting 60% on ConLaws as well and there have been some questions that have been so long and confusing that I basically guessed. Torts seems somewhat easy so far though.

I missed that, too. It didn't even occur to me to think about the mortgages as contracts, even though they are.

I'm 28% complete, but I started on May 6, the early opening.

I'm at 13%, but not done for the night. Either we're both fucked or we are pacing ourselves and paying close attention to detail. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the 1.5x and 2.0x advantage to watching lectures. It has really saved me a lot of time. It's getting through the outlines that is killer for me. I can't tell if anything is helping though...I have consistently been stuck between 70-72% on the MBE's and my essays have been garbage.

I have them downloaded to the Ipod and I was antsy as fuck by lecture 24. There was one blank he was one line away from and it actually took 3 minutes for him to get from that line to the blank. JUST FUCKIN SAY IT. He was unreal. Good dude but jesus christ they need someone better for bar lectures.

He single-handely put me back 2 days.
