Is that on the applicant portal online? No idea what that's about
Yes, if you created your online account before a certain date in 2017, you are eligible for electronic correspondence. Login to your FL Bar account and click on Applicant Portal, it will have your clearance status there. Just trying to ascertain why mine changed so suddenly.
Yeah it says Application Cleared on my portal account. Now I'm scared I didn't pass yet again.

How do you access this portal? I did my clearance back in 2016. I didnt think we had accounts with the fl bar? I am confused. How do i access this?

Does the new clearance update have anything to do with the MPRE maybe? Did any of you just retake it?
I believe you had to create your portal 2017 and after.. so you might not be able to have access. If you do have access go to the portal and sign the electronic communications agreement and you will be signed up.
I passed the MPRE last year sometime and I haven’t heard any correlation between what we’ve experienced. Only that we’ve all took the MBE.

Yes good luck to everyone. I've got a bad feeling but fuck it. Results are usually up around 9 or so.

We've still gotta wait for the scores by mail right? Was just wondering if the new portal stuff would allow them to post them online in your account.

Per Florida Supreme Court website:

Actual score results from the examination will be provided by the Florida Board of Bar Examiners. For those applicants with portal accounts, the information will be posted to their portal. For applicants without a portal account (accounts created prior to June 26, 2017), the information will be mailed to each applicant's current mailing address, as filed with the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.

I'm wide awake and refreshing the Court's website anxiously every few minutes.....lol.

I felt great walking out in February. Felt confident this time. Felt like I actually took my time and did the best job I could. Big change in how I felt from before. Hope that "gut" feeling is right this time.....

Glad they've finally changed this, the fact that they've gotta post it to the portal account might explain the status change for some people's character and fitness last week. Fully expecting bad news in an hour or two.

Well on top of all this nervosity I managed to lose my google authenticator, along with the phone and so I am unable to access the FBBE portal whatsoever. The good news is that once you lose it you can not really recover it and the office opens up sometime in May so I can not even call them. Classic.

Yeah 4th time here as well. I know it's easier to pass the July one but who knows if that's even gonna happen at this point plus I'm years out of actual school. The loans suck and I just feel like a complete failure in life.

Score reports on the Board of Bar Examiners website if you can stand the loading time.

Someone rationally explain to me how Essay 3 had a higher mean than Essay 1?

Their website isn't loading for me, but WHAT? Essay 3 was the hardest one by far! What were the mean scores for everything?

Essay 1 (Contracts/Torts) - 36.4
Essay 2 (Torts/Ethics) - 48.7
Essay 3 (Fl Con Law/Professionalism) - 38
MC 1 (Fl Rules Crim and Civ Pro) - 16.2
MC 2 (BE) - 17.6
MC 3 (Wills) - 15.1

There's just no way the average essay for question 3 was in the same universe as question 1.

It depends on why you aren't passing FL. If you aren't passing FL because you're bombing the MBE, you're also unlikely to pass the UBE. If you aren't passing FL because you're bombing the Florida portion, it could make a lot of sense to take and pass the UBE. The closest UBE states to FL are Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee and North Carolina, and the UBE has now been adopted by 36 different U.S. states/jurisdictions.

I passed florida part i am struggling with the mbe. I know you need a 136 to pass the mbe in florida but in other states its lower depending on the state. I saw some states are 130, 132, 133, etc. I keep getting an mbe score that would allow me to pass in other states. I am just not getting a 136 for florida.

I was probably about 5 Wills questions away from passing that's about the only thing that's giving me hope right now. My essays were good enough to pass (one above the mean and two a few points below) but really frustrated with the multiple choice. Don't really have any other options so likely gonna sign up for July.

Joe Seperac (tagging him below) is the scores expert here, but subject to whatever he says (if he's kind enough to chime in), IIRC a rough rule of thumb is that, while there's technically no minimum MBE score in the UBE states, you want to shoot for 1/2 of the UBE minimum on the MBE. The "lowest" UBE score accepted as passing in any jurisdiction is a 260, meaning you'd want a 130 MBE - but only 5 states are "260" states: AL, MN, MO, NM and ND. The next "lowest" UBE score is a 266, meaning you'd want a 133 MBE - these include the major jurisdictions of DC, IL, and NY, among many others. Then you have the "270" states (~135 MBE), which include MA, NC, TX, and WA.
