No, thought that might be what is disabling it. Why don't you upload your screenshot to imgur and then just post the imgur link instead of embedding the screenshot?

I just looked at my friend's screenshot from last year.

If it's the same, it'll say:

California Bar Examination July 2014 (this will be red, so don't freak out)

then a box with
App ID:
File:
Name:
(make sure this is all your info)

then
The name above appears on the pass list for the July 2014 California Bar Examination. (this will be green if you passed)

then a link to info for successful applicants

You were supposed to enclose the actual image file in the url tags, not the link to the page with the image.

No. We put in post and account age requirements to post certain things to deal with people who spammed pornographic images with brand new accounts. I don't recall the exact requirements off the top of my head, but cbarlurker's account is likely both too new and has insufficient posts to use those features in posts.
