I haven't even clicked on the link but I will say that the CA bar results have never been released early. Also, today's results are only released to applicants. It is very unlikely that the public list will be made viewable today.

In other news: You guysssssss....this wait is horrible. Today has been the slowest day. Results could have been posted this morning if the bar didn't love drama so much.

My theory is they don't want people flooding their phone lines saying they can't get on the site, they're having technical problems, etc. So they release the bar results after the close of business so that they can just let the phones ring. Same for releasing the list on Sunday.

That's an extremely reasonable explanation. Obviously I'm taking everything personally at this point haha

That's not technically true. Not many people know about the link, so of course they don't know that results come out early. The fact is, though, they do.

Planning to one-up that; I'll just show up at the swearing-in ceremony and determine whether I passed by their reaction to me.

A few things I recall:

1. The response at 6pm was instant. I typed in my info, hit enter, and BAM... answer.

2. It is short and sweet. I believe the writing will be green if you pass (red if not?)

3. It will say "The name associated with the information provided appears on the pass list for the July 2014 Bar Exam.."
(something like that... "appears on the pass list" is what you are looking for !)

Good luck folks.
I remember the anxiety.
It is likely why I still come back here occasionally.
I likely have PTSD from it still.

I certainly hope you all have the greatest night of your life.

If not, just know that you WILL go back, nail it in Feb, and have the best summer of your life next year.

Never Give Up

I have a screen shot for you but do not know how to post it.
Help ?

Does anyone know if there's a way to find your applicant number? I lost my ticket and that card they give you at the exam.

If you try to log in to the Cal Bar site (where it says check admissions status) and you put in your SSN and DOB and can't remember the applicant ID they'll just email it to you

I believe this will actually get you your file number. (which you also need to check results)

I'll just keep everyone posted on what's going on at that link--unless someone else can get it to work. It should be working for everyone, though.

When you click to post, is the "disable BBCode" box below the text box selected?
