What's tomorrow?MrsPalsgraf wrote:q4ern wrote:Not sure how relevant this is but there is a "New Announcement" on the NJ Bar homepage that says Applications are now open for the Feburary exam. They posted this message today.
Maybe this means results will be released today?
That announcement was posted 9/18. Stop freaking everyone out. Look they couldn't get the results out Friday and tomorrow is a holiday. You really think they worked all weekend grading? Plus how many government employees do you think took a 5 day weekend. Hang on to your pants.

I failed PA. I remember that there were people who tried to apply to the Feb exam before results came out. Some were listed as a "reapplicant", others received error messages.
Is anyone able to answer the 4 questions and not have the website say the application is not available?
I'm in the same boat. I also received a character and fitness email from my advisor(letting me know i need to fill out some information that i missed). I don't know if there is indicative of possibly passing or just procedure. Any thoughts?
Best to all.

I also got an email last Friday asking me for more information from the person assigned to review my application. Idk but it doesn't make sense for them to review our files to determine what further docs we need to submit for character and fitness and for us to find out a few days later that we failed the bar.

Character and Fitness is completely independent from the exam graders. They do their job regardless, and if you pass C&F, then you don't have to worry about it if you have to take the exam again.

I said something similar about a week and a half ago when I got an errant deficiency letter, but that theory was shot down, because the grading arm and the C&F arm of the exam are distinct.
It would really suck to provide the additional docs for C&F only to find out you failed, though.

But if you plan on taking the bar again in NJ if you fail, hope you don't!, then it won't be a waste because you still need to pass C&F in any case. It would suck to fail regardlesssuperbloom wrote:Ftyuijh wrote:that's what i'm thinking.law2015 wrote:I also got an email last Friday asking me for more information from the person assigned to review my application.
