I got a 170 with just BARBRI without doing all their questions. I highly recommend not putting yourself through an extra 1,000.
Or that works too lol. I wouldn't have a job if I failed the bar so an extra $1,000 was nothing compared to what failing would have been (I literally don't know how I would have lived). At the very least, to people who failed or who are having trouble with the MBE I really liked Adaptibar but if you feel confident with BarBri alone by all means save the money.

Money-no knockout-May, great job on the MBE. It looks like an LSAT score. Did you crush FL, too?
I got a 164 on FL. Also, I knocked out Ricky Hatton and Victor Ortiz, thank you very much.

Alabama released today. Total pass rate down pretty significantly (mid 70% to mid 60%).
Passed. Felt really good about MPT, Good about MEE, and God-awful about MBE. Like - felt like I "knew" the answer to about 10 questions when, on practice MBE's, I "knew" the answer to about %50 or so and was scoring in the 70% range.
Don't know my scaled score yet.
Good luck.

We get our results tomorrow around noon in Kentucky. Posted online by applicant number, then the bar sends an email sent to confirm. No scores though, unless you fail. So ready for this to be over.

Florida pass! Failed Part A, made up for it on the MBE. Still sounds funny to say I failed the Florida state portion of the exam but passed the exam. Got a 131 on Part A, 150 Part B.
I live in the Midwestt and got my letter from FL with the scaled scores this afternoon.
Edit: Added in my scaled scores.

Passed in a middle-of-the-road difficulty flyover state. I got a 156 scaled MBE. For context, I prepped for MBE solely by outlining/cramming an old Barbri CMR, along with about 800 practice questions on Kaplan Qbank. My average for all subjects on Qbank was 69%.
I thought I bombed the MBE when I walked out. Felt solid on maybe 30%, was able to narrow it down to two choices on another 30%, and it seemed like I guessed on the rest. I made this account just because this thread helped me freak out a little less during the wait. Good luck to those still waiting.

Results came in at about 1130 this morning in Kentucky, and I passed! Unfortunately, we do not get scores at all, so the best I can give anyone is my practice rang. I took Barbri, scored a 112 on the midterm and a 76 out of 100 on the simulated final. I was averaging between 60 and 70% on the study smart, which would probably be higher since the numbers are really low in the beginning. I left the MBE thinking it was pretty difficult. The morning session had more questions that I had to come back to you, in the afternoon session had more questions that I just did not know the answer to. This thread help keep my sanity during this time, so thanks to all of you and best of luck to those still waiting.

I'm late to the party but I passed the Oregon bar. Like others have said, the pass rate in OR is the lowest in about 15 years (at least for July takers) and the first-time taker pass rate went from 81% in 2013 to 71% this year. Unfortunately, or fortunately maybe, OR doesn't give you detailed information unless you failed.
I used Barbri online and probably did about 75-80% of the paced program but focused more on doing practice problems.
I didn't walk out of either day feeling like I did well but didn't feel like I had been mugged. It honestly felt like I thought it would. Maybe it is because I did so many practice problems but I didn't have a time pressure issue with the exception of one MPT where I kind of left a part mostly in a skeleton-like outline. I barely remember the essay topics but I felt I left the Corporation question with a really thin answer. I just basically spewed what I remembered about the topic and bailed. The MBE questions were tough but there were only a few that left my clueless and just guessing. Otherwise I was able to at least trim down the possibilities. That said, I've heard of LOTS of people scrambled a bit to just fill bubbles near the end.

From all the positive posts it seems like really good news overall, however I'm suspecting those whom didn't past are reluctant to post that they didn't pass. I'm surely praying I'm not one of those.
ETA - Congrats to those who achieved their goal!

Dude, NOBODY knew the answer to that corporations question, except the 5 people who took some advanced corporations class. Everyone I have talked to just spewed some crap on that one. So that one was probably either a wash or came down to how coherent our bullshit was.
I did kaplan and probably did about the same amount, maybe a little less. I didn't feel time pressure on any of it either so maybe that was the difference on this one. I felt clueless on more than a few MBE's but it must not have been as bad as it felt.

Here's to hoping that Illinois bar results come out next week. Illinois usually posts MBE percentiles.

For the last two years it has come out on October 1st. So I am guessing it will be Wednesday morning.

I just wasn't sure because the IL Board of Admissions wrote: "THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE RESULTS OF THE JULY 2014 BAR EXAMINATION WILL BE RELEASED ON OCTOBER 1, 2014" in their email about updating contact info.

Considering the precedent, I can't imagine they wouldn't release them this week. Maybe earlier then Wednesday.

I think you're right. Oh, it would be so great if IBAB released results before Wednesday. I'd certainly love them for it!

It's a shame that the bar exam is there to protect prospective clients, cause otherwise I would say they should just let them in as payment for the anguish.

Yeah everything I have seen seems to indicate November. It is a shame they make the students wait so long.
Was wondering if anyone has heard anything concrete or even speculation about Pennsylvania release results?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
