Me. No specifics on the questions but... I thought the afternoon essays were orders of magnitude more difficult than the morning essays.
The afternoon essays took me more time, but I though the morning essays were much harder.
I already know I wrote some wrong law, so I probably shouldn't open my barbri book anymore. Also, for some of the rules & analysis I could not write more than like 2 or 3 sentences, hope thats okay.

Don't feel great about it, but whatever. Softest problems also...

The multiple choice was an absolute crapshoot.

Does it keep saying you're not connected to the internet because clearly I am as I write this. I'm trying to get through to examsoft and been waiting over 20 min now.
I'm getting this same thing (says I'm not on the internet and won't work). But somehow I got an email confirming that my AM exam was uploaded but the PM exam failed.

AM was fine, and then I got simultaneous emails, one saying success, one saying failure for the PM exam, while the screen said it failed. And then 7 more failures haha

I'm just sending my exam answers via email attachment to examsoft and the bar examiners now. They can fuckin deal with it

Got this problem exactly. Got two e-mails saying the upload worked, one for AM and one for PM, sandwhiched by like 20 saying they failed. How do I attach and send this ish?

I'm not a NY taker, but I am having the EXACT same problem here in NC. Only I get the added benefit from ExamSoft that any option I select in their customer "service" portal disconnects me. I kept trying to use the software to upload and eventually I got both files to upload (or at least I got 2 confirmation emails -- the software itself kept telling me uploads had failed). After a 5 min lag, I finally got my "history" to come up on their POS website and it says the files are there. But I don't trust that for some reason. So unnecessarily stressful. If you'd like to provide some feedback on ExamSoft, I just started a thread. Seems like a great place to let everyone know how awful and non-functional their software is. Good luck to you on your upload. I don't really know what else to do now except keep the documentation that my files uploaded and hope they really did.

Yes - froze on me also. POS software. Most freeware works better.

Everyone had their head in the game so there was no commotion. But I saw her getting carried out all unconscious. Happened maybe an hour tops into the PM session.

I heard nothing about this, I also succeeded in minimally interacting with anyone though.

I feel the same way. Definitely not for all/most, but for some the law was very straightforward, clearly led to a result. No analysis to do really. I was done in four sentences: I,R,A,C.

I also was incredibly repetitive. Always always "this issue is..." "under NY law...." "here,..." "therefore,..." Hope the grader doesn't get bored.

Nailed the CrimPro one, did okay on the Wills one, had NFI on the corporations one..

I'm sure I got "passing," which is really what I'm aiming for at this point.

I have a friend who passed out shortly into the afternoon session today. She's taking the bar in Florida, though. (She's fine.) I can't believe the bar makes people faint.

I spent an incredibly minimal amount of time on the MC because it was just worthless. Thought my time was better spent perfecting my essays, so at least the wrong law I was writing was all spelled correctly!

Surprised by the fact that absolutely no one around me did the MC first.

yeah i trucked through the MC because it was pretty clear whether I knew the right answer or not and if I didn't know just sitting there thinking about it wasn't going to help

I did the MC choice first too. However, I didn't know Examsoft kept time and there were no clocks in the center. I did the entire morning session blind and just winged it on the time allocation. Fortunately, I ended with about 20 minutes left and everything worked out.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
