Not that we will ever understand the decision of when to release the results, but why do you think they have waited until almost midnight in the past? What's the purpose of that? Is it to keep the system from crashing because presumably fewer people will be checking? Or is it to just mess with us?

It's probably because the BOLE offices are closed at that time, which means they won't get hit with tons of emails/phone calls. (Completely guessing and have nothing to back that statement up with)

Hmmm well we do each get sent an email right? So I don't think it's a server crashing issue- b/c we technically don't have to log onto the applicant portal to see..who knows really- maybe send out night before/press release the next day b/c thats what BOLE wants to do and they can do whatever they want lol
