You just select the topics that you want to work on from the left side. It isn't a "permanent" switch kind of thing, you just choose from the left hand side what you want to do next.
Thanks!
Just did my first Mixed Set at a solid 52%

I copped a 50 on that one, then 60, 65, 70, 65. You got this.
Keep grinding

Just finished Simulated MPT and MEE.
I finished with a bunch of time left. Probably should work on NOT doing that.
Missed some organizational stuff in the MPT, but they werent difficult. MEEs kind of sucked. Definitely have to work on rules fa sho.
I'd say I probably did 60-70% okay on MPTs, and maybe 50-60% okay on MEES, in total.
Not looking forward to MBE tomorrow. I'm going to the place designated by Themis. I fully expect to be the only one there.

You'll clearly be identifiable in that case, might want to skip it

Somehow got a 74% on Mixed set 2. Don't want to practice any more, just want to go out on top (all my other practice sets have been laughably lower)

So... What do we think about the MEE predictions (posted a while back)?
Not having to spend tons and tons and tons of time learning secured would make these next 3 weeks much better.

I got a 58% on the Florida Simulated Multi-State. I think I'm going to fail this Bar Exam.

I haven't even started the mixed. @ 57% completion for this week. Still have to do the 2nd mile-stone exam. Only 1 evidence set left. But I'm putting a tremendous amount into reviewing my outlines, and noting S&T test-taking tips.
Which ones should I attack first?
It's laughable that Themis has a milestone 3 AM/PM exam scheduled on top of a milestone 2 MBE PQ in one day. meh.

Feeling the same. But do we know how they scale the MC scores? It's not just a straight up score right? (There's 300 points total?)

i'd probably do the second milestone first. Then reassess trouble areas before hitting the Milestone 3.
Could either save the last evidence set or do it in between the milestone 2 and 3.

LOL, I totally understand. Even if I get 5 in a row right on a set, I want to quit while I'm ahead! And 74% is awesome - congrats!

Interactive. I try and view all questions as an opportunity to learn first, opportunity to show what I know second

The only PQs I did non-interactive were the first for a specific subject just to see what my baseline ability in that area was.

Thanks everyone!! I am going to start the mixed ones now and I wasn't sure if I should continue to do them interactive or go into the test mode.

Not sure if anyone is aware but the NCBE has made available 10 civ pro "sample" questions for free on their website. Since I hate the subject so darn much, I decided to tackle it head on. This is the link:
http://www.ncbex.org/study-aids/
It's under the MBE study aids portion. I just took it under time constraints (they recommend 18 mins total) and ended up getting 8/10 correct. The questions are pretty straightforward. I chose to complete them instead of the Emanuel ones b/c they are from NCBE themselves.
Also, in the same PDF, you will find the answer key (so don't scroll past page 3) and another set of questions that give you insight into their way of thinking, which is pretty cool. It's not 100 questions, but it's free and any little bit helps.

Got my graded MPT back. Did as well as it felt! I need to study the different format types though, but otherwise feel good. It's nice not having to worry about at least one part of the exam

Yeah I was surprised at my grade, in a good sense. I definitely ran out of time at the end, so I figured I did much worse.
The biggest thing for me is time management, but I lost time on this one because I honestly just didn't get that they wanted us to regurgitate the argument from the file. I do hope the format isn't something crazy though.

Yeah, I thought the same! Then Mixed Set 9 punched me in the stomach while I was celebrating.

Did fine, but just barely missed that 70% mark.

I still don't believe everyone (or maybe it changes based on state) has the same questions in the MBE sets. Remember people complaining about MBE Mixed set 6 as outrageously difficult, but it was by far the easiest in my view...

Question about MBE Property in relation to secured credit
How much overlap is there in the logic/rules of security interests and mortgages?
(I know UCC Art 9 does not apply to real property, just wondering whether the rules that govern real property/mortgages work similarly (how similar?))
I took secured credit, but have not really looked at the mortgage section of the property outline.
Just trying to figure out how much of my secured credit knowledge + gut instinct I can rely on in doing the property MBE questions involving mortgages....
