Re: NY July 2016 Thread
Are there official stats on the number of UBE examiners who took the UBE in the State of NY? I would think that there are far less essays to read because of the transferability of the score.
Besides, they don't even read all your essays. I'm guessing they'll read the first essay, third and fifth essay and then read 1/2 MPTs.

I personally know a lot of ppl who did not take Feb 2016 exam and waited to take the July 2016 because it adopted UBE. I believe there were more NY test takers this time around than July 2015

We would probably also disagree about the definition of the word "pretentious"Mlk&Ckies wrote:No. maybe it's more like how any right thinking adult knows the diff between nudity and pornography.

They should have taken the UBE elsewhere in February, hold their score and transfer in. NY essay graders may be harder to please.rkreymer wrote:udonisandtrinity wrote:Are there official stats on the number of UBE examiners who took the UBE in the State of NY? As far as I'm concerned, it could be any day before November 14th, so there's no point in waiting up unless you want to do so every night until then. And at this point I wouldn't put it past them to delay the results even longer.lawyer2000 wrote:Does anyone actually believe it will be tonight? I don't think I can stay up again

I agree that there's no need to wait up - you could fall into an exhausting pattern that lasts weeks. If they do come out, you'll know as soon as you wake up. Unfortunately, some of us (myself included) literally can't help but stay up because of the added anxiety. If you can sleep, I envy you and hope you enjoy your slumber.SureAndCertain wrote:As far as I'm concerned, it could be any day before November 14th, so there's no point in waiting up unless you want to do so every night until then. I'll be up tonight. There's precedent for a Friday release.

It has become clear at this point that BOLE accidentally deleted all of the test files and they're just stalling as long as possible.whitecollar23 wrote:Can we please start a pool? Who wants to create odds?

Hmm, so he started drinking from the left bowl, but then went and finished the right bowl... WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?!lawyerpup wrote:Tonight, I will put two bowls filled with water in front of my dog. It means BOLE will release some results in October and the rest in November. Because fuck us.lawyerpup wrote:Hmm, so he started drinking from the left bowl, but then went and finished the right bowl... Why wouldn't we have to worry? They could release any time tomorrow, right?

Re: NY July 2016 Thread
I think they usually release results at around midnight. And I don't think they've been released on a weekend before. So midnight tonight should be the last chance for them to release the results for this week.mclf90 wrote:Why wouldn't we have to worry? They could release any time tomorrow, right?

Re: NY July 2016 Thread
Are they really going to make us go through an entire weekend suffering? It just seems wrong. But so does sending two surveys without giving us an exact date of release.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
