Now maybe a gimme isn't right word. Who knows, I may have botched it myself. But from the standpoint of pure Civ Pro, the question was testing the basics...Right? RIGHT?!

I'm curious to see what % of con law essay was supposed to be devoted to takings and variance and whether pdp, sdp, and epc were major and if so, how major

If Chemerensky doesn't find Wilton and PA Northwestern worth mentioning in his treatise, I can't imagine the graders expect to see these cases. Plus, how the heck does this guy know about what was tested on the MBE in July and why is he publishing something that discusses an MBE question?
