I spoke to a few people that botched it. In fact, I had a discussion/argument with like 3 other TLSers about the facts (they apparently read paragraph 2 incorrectly). They all apparently thought patient moved to State B after he initiated the suit, not before. Woops.mike.alexander23 wrote:I mean, come on, question 1 was a gimme...

Now maybe a gimme isn't right word. Who knows, I may have botched it myself. But from the standpoint of pure Civ Pro, the question was testing the basics...Right? RIGHT?!

Oh I'm hoping they weren't major at all. Who knows, I might get a con law prof grading my essay who disagrees...

Re: July 2015 California Bar Exam
I actually had a nightmare about the bar this morning. I dreamt that I was doing days 1 and 3 of the bar, and both were all MBEs. I remember feeling like I was screwed. And then I woke up and things weren't all that much better
j kidding maybe

LOL how can they write a model answer based on a zoning law and not mention the word "variance" even once. LOLOLOL.MBAtoJD wrote:Essay #6 Model Answer...brought to you by One Timers Bar Prep (as seen on its Facebook page).

No, barwinners was the one who puffed their pass rates.BuenAbogado wrote:isn't this the company that got sued for lying about their pass rate?

If Chemerensky doesn't find Wilton and PA Northwestern worth mentioning in his treatise, I can't imagine the graders expect to see these cases. Plus, how the heck does this guy know about what was tested on the MBE in July and why is he publishing something that discusses an MBE question?
