I spoke to a few people that botched it. In fact, I had a discussion/argument with like 3 other TLSers about the facts (they apparently read paragraph 2 incorrectly). They all apparently thought patient moved to State B after he initiated the suit, not before. Woops.

It ain't my fault that she hyped it up with promises of elbows upon passage then left me hanging

I definitely remember almost getting tricked up here...

Now maybe a gimme isn't right word. Who knows, I may have botched it myself. But from the standpoint of pure Civ Pro, the question was testing the basics...Right? RIGHT?!

I'm curious to see what % of con law essay was supposed to be devoted to takings and variance and whether pdp, sdp, and epc were major and if so, how major

Oh I'm hoping they weren't major at all. Who knows, I might get a con law prof grading my essay who disagrees...

I actually had a nightmare about the bar this morning. I dreamt that I was doing days 1 and 3 of the bar, and both were all MBEs. I remember feeling like I was screwed. And then I woke up and things weren't all that much better  j kidding maybe

No, barwinners was the one who puffed their pass rates.

If Chemerensky doesn't find Wilton and PA Northwestern worth mentioning in his treatise, I can't imagine the graders expect to see these cases. Plus, how the heck does this guy know about what was tested on the MBE in July and why is he publishing something that discusses an MBE question?
