Oh no worries. I am having a hard time of focusing on anything. I'm supposed to be reviewing annual 10K reports but instead refreshing IBAB like 5:00 pm is 5 minutes from now.shc63 wrote:Ah gotcha. My anxiety impairs my reading comprehension.
Thanks for the updates btw and good luck! Maybe I'll try to get some work done now...

Haha same here. My job requires working on a computer with internet access which prevents me from effectively detaching myself from the browser's refresh button..

Honestly, I think having some known time makes today go by much faster than refreshing every 10 minutes

Lol, I've even refreshed my gmail a couple of times even though the count has not changed. They need to put us out of our misery already.Nebby wrote:Honestly, I think having some known time makes today go by much faster than refreshing every 10 minutes

Am I the only one refreshing the ncbex file cabinet page? Seems like everyone is refreshing the IBAB only.

I figured it would be an IBAB correspondence under the "Admission Documents" section. That's where I've received the most important info (admission ticket, c&f clearance, etc.)shc63 wrote:Am I the only one refreshing the ncbex file cabinet page? Seems like everyone is refreshing the IBAB only.

Just realized how silly it is for me to ask...as if anything would keep me from refreshing both pages every 5 seconds

IBAB said they will post to our homepages. I think Illinois is one of the states that may not authorize ncbex to release scores to examinees but I'm not sure...I know they aren't authorized to transfer scores for sure.shc63 wrote:Am I the only one refreshing the ncbex file cabinet page? I don't think examinees receive scores unless they failed but I could be wrong.

Virgoyum, why were you saying 1/2 hour ago on Reddit that results were released this morning?

In IL? Pretty sure they were released in the morning. People were getting results around 9 am or so.

Good luck everyone else.

While that is generally the case, they'll probably come out around 5 pm today because Oct. 1 is a Saturday.Frumious wrote:My bar examiner just told me that results generally post on the 1st of October.

No I was contending what the poster said. The poster said February 15 bar results were released at 3pm. They weren't, they were released in the morning because my friend got results a little after 9am.

Ah, so you were talking about February results, not telling them that results were already out? It's ambiguous the way it is.

Lol how was it ambiguous? It was a direct reply. I would have created a new chain and shouted in all caps that the results posted lol. Like obnoxiously...Frumious wrote:Ah, so you were talking about February results, not telling them that results were already out? It's ambiguous the way it is.

They were saying that he was worried about what "late afternoon meant" in regards to this bar exam after the February experience. You responded saying they were already in at 9 AM. There is an ambiguity there. I'm glad you're not a troll!

Responding to the first sentence can be ambiguous if the topic doesn't correspond with the first sentence. Aren't we very lawyerly?
Good luck to you too!

Re: July 2016 Illinois Bar Exam
That's great news! They have known for several weeks what the results are - so if they are keeping your interview scheduled - it is likely a good sign. My interview was scheduled for September 16th (or a day or two later?!?) and they called the day before and cancelled it with no rescheduling. I failed the July bar. They did not reschedule until after I had applied for the Feb bar.
dntota wrote:My C&F interview was supposed to be this Monday... moved to next Wednesday. Either way I am obviously nervous lol.
Side note: would the results say "pass but not cleared" or what happens in a case like mine?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
