Re: July 2015 Illinois Bar Exam
I received my c&f certification, but still have not received my results. Freaking out that they are only posting passing results first, then failing ones. Hopefully I'm dead wrong. I agree with the sentiment that logic and reason have no place in my life right now haha. Congrats to those who've passed so far, and best of luck to those in my current situation.

Here's the full text
Dear ____________
Congratulations on passing the July 2015 Illinois bar examination.
Our records reflect that you have satisfied all of the requirements for admission to the bar of Illinois pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 704 and will be certified to the Illinois Supreme Court as eligible to take the oath of admission.
To receive your law license, you must appear in open court, or at a venue designated by the Court, and take the attorney's oath. The Court has designated Thursday, November 5, 2015, as the date of the statewide admission ceremonies. The office of the Clerk of the Court will notify you of the location and time of your assigned ceremony.
To participate in the statewide ceremonies, you are required to pay the $5.00 law license fee to the Clerk of the Supreme Court electronically before Thursday, October 29, 2015, by accessing the Supreme Court's website at http://illinoiscourts.gov/ and clicking on "E-Pay Law License Fee" located under "Quick Links". You will be required to provide your National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) number when paying this fee online. A $1.00 convenience fee applies. If the fee is not paid, you will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony.
If you do not attend the ceremony on November 5th, a letter will be issued from the Court with instructions on how to have your Illinois oath administered. Please be aware that you have a limited time to be sworn in. Supreme Court Rule 704(f) states: a passing score on the Illinois bar examination is valid for four years from the last date of the examination passed. An applicant for admission on examination who is not admitted to practice within four years must repeat and pass the examination after filing the requisite character and fitness registration and bar examination applications and paying the fees therefor in accordance with Rule 706.
Please also be advised that Supreme Court Rule 708(g) provides that if you do not take your oath within nine months from the date of your recommendation for certification by the Committee on Character and Fitness, you will be required to formally update your application and be recertified before you may be licensed. You will also, pursuant to Rule 706(h), be required to submit a $450 recertification fee.
Lastly, you may obtain the form required to transfer your Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) score to another jurisdiction from our website at http://www.ilbaradmissions.org under Announcements, MBE Score Transfer or Advisory Form for July 2015 Passers, MBE Score Transfer or Advisory Request Form.
Very truly yours,
Illinois Board of Admissions to the Bar

This is ridiculous. IBAB homepage has posted a message claiming that all results have been released, but my user homepage shows no new messages or posts. The worrying continues. Anybody else besides Swimmer11 and I not have results?

If I do not get my results soon, I am calling them. IDGAF. This is some bullshit that they can claim it is posted, but it is clearly fucking not posted for everyone.

Still waiting here too...they're releasing over time as they have in the past. Not so bright of them to post that announcement, but I just assume that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Re: July 2015 Illinois Bar Exam
You can pay them for them to tell you if you score enough for DC (133), MN (145), or ND (150). But they wouldnt tell you your score. Whereas if you did not pass, I think they do tell you.gangchenminwang wrote:How come people from other states know their MBE scores..... I want to see how close I was....
