I do not think it means anything, hope not at least. The same is on my page, I am not sure if it was always on my page, based on past logins but think it was. I may be deceiving myself, however. This said, the reason I think we can rest easy is that when I try to register it won't let me. It takes me to the character portion which says pending. Then I go to the register for the MEE or whatever and it says paid in full and will not let me register.
