Passed WA (UBE) with a 157.4 MBE and 164.9 essays, rounded down to 322 total. Its hard to tell because they don't give you the raw score on the MBE, but I'm guessing I performed worse on the MBE than I did on the final barbri mixed sets. I started off barbri testing at around 72% correct, hit 74% on the midterm, and did my "final test" in emmanuel, getting over 80%. I'd hit random emmanuel sections like torts with 90% correct. It's hard to tell because of the scaled score, but I doubt I got over 72% on the real MBE. It feels like I wasted a lot of time doing MBE questions if I just ended up getting 72% correct anyway.
My essay score surprised me. I didn't practice more than 2 essays per subject. Only did 1 full MPT, and looked at / outlined some others.
Like everyone else, I left the MBE feeling like I failed. AM portion was brutal, PM was okay. I was half asleep for the AM portion of the exam (never woke up earlier than noon during bar study), which probably hurt.
FYI, for Washington: pass rate declined slightly from 77% last july to 75% this july. Link to results:
