did you guys cite cases in your mpt?
"using citations"

I did what Kaplan told me, just the cases name, not a full cite. The instructions did not call for more, and they said that was the default. As for the second one, no cites, because instructions said not to. The fictional paralegal was going to do it! haha

Same. That second one was so bizarre. I mean, I followed the instructions and didn't include anything I wasn't supposed to, but I am curious how I came out on that one.

it only required facts and the rules. It felt weird so I made the discussion section to talk about application.
the guy next to me didn't do that. just facts and rules.. i think he said he listed like 30.
In my head I'm thinking...where do you put the application?

There was the facts section and the rules section so the rules was like

Again, my HUMBLE opinion, but I think this was one of the "odd ones" they warn about. Not your typical IRAC memo, so on. No analysis. It was more about doing what they said and finishing (like all MPTS) but it was SO instruction heavy I think you could have missed one and that would be where the point fell. But again, what do I know? I will find out if I am WAY off here soon enough! haha

YES! How I did it too. Facts-Rule-App. But ironically, at least for me and the sample too, facts were more numericals then the rule/application numericals. Honestly, I tried to mimic that example as much as I could with the facts given!

I used headers, BUT that is a preference. I do essays that way too. It is a way for me to start the layout before I dive in and ensure nerves don't let me forget an area I am to discuss/an issue spotted.

I don't think there is a "right way" though when it comes to them.

I know a grader and he said buzz words/content. haha!
