Are they allowed to do that, or did I just screw up another essay...

God, you guys made me feel so much better. I was literally just sitting here thinking everything y'all are saying. That was ROUGH. Also, for anyone at Javits, how ridiculous is that testing center?!?!

Girls decided to use the mens bathrooms. HAHA. Didn't blame them, the line for them was sprawling around the entire center.

I can't believe they tested the most unexpected topics and the minor points and exceptions to them. I literally started laughing to myself during the exam because I was in such disbelief at how horrible it was. Thank god for the civ pro one. OF COURSE The topic I thought I knew the least about was the one that I only knew anything about

Now I'm freaked out that I didn't even realize how hard it was. Like, I didn't even notice that many exceptions to exceptions. Soooo fuck.

Um, I thought about it. Didn't do it, but I definitely thought about it. Also, I couldn't understand a damn word the proctor said. I only knew to open by exam booklet because people in front of me did.

Dude got served. Don't mix it with venue issues and inconvenience.

Fuck me with a rake. I can never remember that that's the rule because I never can believe it's constitutional.

At least I hedged my bets by saying "maybe they have it because he got served there" after emphatically stating they didn't.

Why did you say venue was improper?

D was not from State C. Claim arose in State B. Action was brought in State C

(3) if there is no district in which an action may otherwise be brought as provided in this section, any judicial district in which any defendant is subject to the court’s personal jurisdiction with respect to such action.

Venue could have been brought in another district in this case.

Don't forget for tomorrow.

I don't follow. The court has PJ over the defendant so isnt venue proper?
