Hey, ExamSoft question. Are we suppose to have just the Tuesday AM/PM exams downloaded or also the Wednesday ones?

if you're doing NY / UBE, Wednesday we won't need the computer - it's MBE

It's in the security policy. You're not allowed to bring laptops on Wednesday.

I just realized a made a dumb ass 0l mistake on a 1/3 of an essay. Hope they give points for application of irrelevant law.

Only thing saving it from a 10 was the essay they cruelly placed at the end. I'm sure lots of people didn't get to it.

I guess efficient bar prep can also discontinue their MEE predictions now.

I didn't exclusively rely on those predictions, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't do an extra few hours on them. +1, fuck them.

If it makes you feel better, I didn't pay attention to the predictions and still found it hard.

legit just did the same thing. I walked out and was like, "oh. my. god." except it was like 2/3 of an essay worth of stupid fuck up.

Are they allowed to do that, or did I just screw up another essay...

Exactly. When we got the MEE booklet, I was able to see through the front and saw multiple questions on LLC's and I just laughed.

Also I felt the essays were super long and worded differently than Barbri.

I was so hesitant to discuss confessions for the same reason.
