For July 2015, NYLJ apparently came out with an article around 1030pm indicating results were coming at midnight. Something to look out for.

17 summary judgment motions, long night since Judge want it at 11AM
17 is a lot. I would deny them, to be safe. Less likely to get overturned.

5th party defendants involved, only two first party defendants. It's just tedious writing, saw this fact pattern in a prior life; it landed on my desk and not the court attorney's because I already knew the law cold.
