Like you said bd we all did plenty of analysis. I thought I crushed that Q but even if it wasn't perfect you aren't failing this test with a 70 on one of those essays. Don't even sweat it.

Truth. I love civ pro and thought I nailed that question pretty much dead-on. Apparently I didn't read the facts close enough, so I'm going to venture a guess that the DO's move caused his residency to change and thus allow the court to have PJ (I said it didn't have PJ). But I talked about the rules and shit, so idk maybe I passed. Maybe I didn't. Won't know for a few months and gonna try not to sweat it now.

I just said that the woman severed the JT and that the two dudes were now TIC. Didn't think it mattered whether the other JT knew about her transfer, b/c unilateral act can destroy JT just fine.

First, we survived the first day. So everyone needs to chill out and just be happy this is 1/3 over. That being said, after reviewing your posts I think I nailed most of the essays. However, I think I really choked on the PT. What are the chances of passing if you didn't really focus on the that sick rule hidden at the end of a case regarding affidavits (hopefully that's vague enough).

Shieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet I need to get at least 130 and at least 4 x 65 on the essays and 60s on PT. If I fail this exam, it will be because of the MBE.

It seems like a high standard, but we all know a ton of idiots who have passed this thing. I'm operating under the assumption that the elusive "average passing essay" is not nearly as good as Barbri would have us believe.

Yeah, I wrote that he would have had to tell him to keep out or put up a sign for the possession to be hostile and/or exclusive.
