If no adverse possession issue, how did you utilize the fact where L did not know that P took possession of the land?

Truth. I love civ pro and thought I nailed that question pretty much dead-on. Apparently I didn't read the facts close enough, so I'm going to venture a guess that the DO's move caused his residency to change and thus allow the court to have PJ (I said it didn't have PJ). But I talked about the rules and shit, so idk maybe I passed. Maybe I didn't. Won't know for a few months and gonna try not to sweat it now.
Sorry what's DO again?

Yeah. Idl liketo know that too.

I just said that the woman severed the JT and that the two dudes were now TIC. Didn't think it mattered whether the other JT knew about her transfer, b/c unilateral act can destroy JT just fine.

ETA -- I'm trying to be vague, but I don't know where the line of providing too much info is. So if a mod is reading this and think I've overstepped, shoot me a message so I don't get unintentionally banned.

First, we survived the first day. So everyone needs to chill out and just be happy this is 1/3 over. That being said, after reviewing your posts I think I nailed most of the essays. However, I think I really choked on the PT. What are the chances of passing if you didn't really focus on the that sick rule hidden at the end of a case regarding affidavits (hopefully that's vague enough).

To be fair, it was an apparent non-issue that I only mentioned because I had time, and I'd be surprised if I got credit for it.

Shieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet I need to get at least 130 and at least 4 x 65 on the essays and 60s on PT. If I fail this exam, it will be because of the MBE.
It seems like a high standard, but we all know a ton of idiots who have passed this thing. I'm operating under the assumption that the elusive "average passing essay" is not nearly as good as Barbri would have us believe.

Very bright people have failed miserably repeatedly as well...
I'm trying to be positive here dood. I'm realizing I fucked shit up left and right, so let's not let this spiral into some "we're all going to be homeless come November" type things.

Am I right if I say that moving to get treatment with intent to stay indefinitely does not change your domicile?

But, co-tenant can't adversely possess another co-tenant's interest. Gotta oust his ass

The damn DO and P were on the same side of the column and the evil corp was from elsewhere.
Evil Corp? Mr. Robot?

Best show on TV right now I think.. At least the first few were.

Yeah, I wrote that he would have had to tell him to keep out or put up a sign for the possession to be hostile and/or exclusive.
