Yup. (Although it finally let me load it just now... I must tell BOLE all of my thoughts.)

At the top of the survey, it says Thank you for participating in the Bar... so probably not tailored to folks who passed
Your humor is not appreciated.

The survey states a purpose "to study the obstacles faced by bar exam takers and identify strategies for success on the first bar exam attempt." If we are speculating.

wondering what answering questions on monthly mortgage payment amounts/rent has to do with "strategies for success"

I don't know.

I get what you are saying but I would think a survey that specifically stated it was inquiring about strategies would ask more detailed questions about how we actually prepared for the exam.

They don't really need more granular data than income, demographics, education, bar prep course, employment status, hours prepped per week broken down by month, confidence levels, when prep began, etc.
Not sure what more questions you wanted. Don't think they'll find a correlation between highlighter colors and bar performance but what do I know I don't know data science

brand of #2 pencil used was a glaring omission

This is not cool. I completed my survey.
They will use this additional data to weed out people who are not lawyer quality. The image and reputation of the legal profession has taken a beating...they need to restore whatever prestige is left in this profession by rejecting certain types of people.
I got a 133 and 147 on my Kaplan Midterm and Final respectively and expect to pass.
Would not be surprised though if they send this survey to only those who passed.

don't say dumb stuff. I got and took the survey. One of the available answers for a question is "N/A because I passed the July 2016 bar exam" so clearly it's sent to people who did AND did not pass, otherwise that wouldn't be an option among many answers. So don't try to scare people. this survey means nothing

I called Angie and she said the purpose of doing the survey BEFORE scores release this year is to motivate us to respond. Their response rates to surveys are usually low because they generally request responses after scores are released.
This year they won't be releasing scores until they hit their target for survey responses.

How can they use retrospective data from people who've already taken the exam to weed out "not lawyer quality" people? There's no way they're matching the survey results with exams.

Any idea when the survey closes? This answer would seem to indicate that scores will be released before it closes.

I cant for the life of me understand your motive in all of this Angie bullshit. One thing I do understand though: I'm certain if we met in real life I wouldn't like you at all

Hey gang!
I asked the person who graduated at the very top of the class at my school if she got the email - she said yes. I doubt she failed the exam. Soooooo.... there is no need to believe those who failed got it, or the other way around (because I got it and I doubt I passed, Bahahaha).
Enjoy your weekends, everyone!

Nope. I honestly believe not today. (Based on my own feelings, not research or "Angie")
