How common is it for the CBX to have the same kind of CPT format (i.e. objective memo, persuasive brief, discovery plan, losing argument, etc.) in an administration?

Also, keep in mind some people have not finished their first day. Don't give them any advantage you didn't have!

I wouldn't say 100%, but probably, ya. Guessing PR, CP, and either ConLaw or Evidence for Thursday.

ExamSoft had me at approximately 17,000 characters. Not sure how many words

I would love to know what a 65 PT looks like. While I answered it, I definitely didn't use all of the facts and stuff that I could've. I found myself repeating myself a lot.

I felt like it was harder than the practice ones. I think I hit the right issues, but I only wrote about 2200 words. Felt solid on the essays tho.

Not sure how worried to be, but it's too late anyway.

Yeah, I think so. It was deceivingly easy at first, but all of a sudden it was like, whoa does this go under a or c?

I only took 3 practice PTs prior to this and never finished those on time. Today I finished with 5 minutes to spare. This could mean that I answered the question based on the laws of mars and venus and I will get a big fail on it. I thought it was really difficult, but I say that about every PT.

Anyway my character count was somewhere between 11K and 13K.

Thought that was "word count" and nearly killed self.

For Crimpro, I found myself questioning grammar in the question. I didn't know if 4th applied to all or just the convo. Assumed it did but threw in a quick hearsay thing just to cover my ass.

I hope and pray my Softest was calculating word count and not character count. Because there's no way mind said anything close to 11,000 for the MPT. I think it was closer to 3000
