It did but was relatively straightforward. Last question was a bit of a weird crossover and the first part was not very distinct as to the issues.

I think it was a good and fair start overall

Was that last one a triple crossover with partnership, corps, and pr? Or did I write a bunch of nonsense

Yes that's how I treated it. It was like vague PR stuff, 10b-5 and authority/LLP stuff... At least that's what I wrote about!

One of your favorites was a pt question. Nonconforming use.

It's in the upper right hand corner. You have to click something that says spell I think them it switches the screen on the side to something different then click find next to initiate it.

Thanks. i tried clicking that and just saw a search and replace w feature. I have a bigger problem now-two upload failures and telling me manually upload?! Dumb test center didn't have free wifi!

That's basically what I talked about but in a somewhat general way. I ran out of time. I did the question in 45 minutes. I rob Peter to pay Paul and used more time on the evidence question. Oh well. I though the pr part was a little confusing, even though I put a bunch of stuff down.

anyone want to go glamping after the thursday?

I didn't love the contracts/remedy question but it fairly similarly mirrored a previous cali essay question, not sure from when.

The PR question was crazy and I'm shocked I was actually able to write reasonably intelligently about 10(b)(5).

Also, would love to actually be able to upload my answers. Nervous since I had to force quit ExamSoft while trying to upload.

Fuck remedies. Fuck essay 3. Fuck the PT. And fuck Examsoft (PS -- the support number is busy so I'm guessing lots of people are having problems).
