It's a reference to Back to the Future. You can't speed up the lectures on the shitty app.

I'm almost there...if I could only get these lectures to play or speed up, that would be nice.
I'm sorry - that's so frustrating!
Thank you!! It truly is but I'm coping with it. Got another email from Themis and they are denying that it's their issue. So I'll chalk it up to Verizon. Happy studying!

  I laughed when I saw 1.21 gigs. For those of us who are looking for a yes, that was one cruel yet hilarious joke.

You are breezing through those lectures boy! I take it you're not having any video issues?
No video issues on my part today. When I was in NYC over the weekend I was having some issues on two separate occasions
Lucky! I sure hope my home town and my people were kind to you.

Seriously, the evidence guy seems like he knows as much as I do as he's reading off the handout. Can't believe i have to watch this shit in real time.

I am going to go home soon and try the videos with an optimum connection. If it's still not working, I'll bombard Themis with complaints.

Why is this statement false?
In addition to intervention as of right, permissive intervention may be allowed by the court only when there is a common question of both law and fact between the intervenor’s claim and the primary claim.
Handout reads: "Permissive intervention may be allowed whenever there is a common question of law or fact between the intervenor's claim and main claim"

Intervention has to have its own jdx

Pls respond. I'm not sure how we fit all these shit topics into studying while also preparing for the MBE. is it safe to say we should just memorize the general rules from each topic and not study in any detail?

I would answer but my state (MD) doesn't have the MEE. What subjects does it test?

Professor Schitt's family law lectures are even worse than his evidence lectures because its a much easier topic and yet he still sucks at it.

How are you all handling evidence? There seems to be an insane amount of rules in this handout. I've been trying to make my own short outline but I'm not sure that I am fully comprehending the lectures. (I didn't take evidence in law school - which seems like a big mistake).

The lectures are SCHITT PURE SCHITT. skip them and outline evidence on your own. focus on hearsay, character, and impeachment. i didnt take evidence in LS either, was really strugglng in the beginnning but now I'm killing it.

Contacted Verizon...the issue is not on them. They conducted a test and the Themis site is unresponsive. Ugh I'm done obsessing over this. The bar exam is stressful enough...I don't need this so I'm letting it go and am just going to suffer through these lectures.

Yeah the organization of those lectures were incredibly stupid (especially hearsay). I think I got dumber from following those.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
