I don't know what to make of all of this. But people did better on this year's essays compared to last year. Yay?

Here is the percentile chart for July 2015. I don't think they posted it yet, I found it through trickery and thievery and such.

260 was the 22nd percentile. So 22% of people scored either 260 or lower.

270 was the 31st percentile. So 31% of people scored either 270 or lower.

We need a 266 to pass. So somewhere between 22% and 31% failed (approx 25%). 100% - 25% = 75% passed.

It sucks but I'll guess that because they specifically said first 2 weeks of October at the conclusion of the exam, they won't allow the results to come any sooner.

Also...Not sure how long it takes to upload/make sure the right scores go to the right people?

It should be posted on your personal page under Messages > Admission Documents.

I'm an idiot. Found it under archived messages. No clue how that happened, but found nonetheless.

I got my C&F letter back in May, so rest assured it has no correlation to results!

I think it will be an individual message on your user home page, and you will receive an e-mail simply stating that you have a message waiting for you once you log in.

If we're correct with about 75% pass rate, that's not as bad as I thought. If I recall correctly this is the first time the pass score was a 266 (up from 264), so that had to contribute to a lower pass rate, in addition to the nationwide MBE drop.

I've been reading over old posts and they seem to be released around 10-10:30 each October.

I think July 2014 results came out around 10am but I don't think the time of day has been consistent year-to-year. So who knows when they will come out, just likely sometime tomorrow.

Honestly I think it will be closer to 70% than to 75%, but we will find out soon enough. Either way that will be a 5 to 10 percent drop. And to think they were planning on increasing it to 272 at one point.

Are we sure there is not a C&F/bar exam correlation...I received a request/email/letter yesterday from C&F that I have to contact an attorney in 5 days to schedule an interview for C&F...surely they wouldn't send me an interview request 2 days before results if I failed right?

I personally think there is a correlation between C&F and passing, but that's my personal opinion. I have definitely googled the question several times Good luck to you tomorrow, though.

I personally don't think there is because many people received C&F letters before the bar exam (unless we're talking about different letters?)

I'd hope they wouldn't get you to schedule something knowing that you failed. That wouldn't be very nice.

Though I talked to my C&F person on the phone yesterday and she explained updating information in the event that people didn't pass (for example, I asked if I had to update my work information and she said no unless I didn't pass, then I'd have to update the info). So perhaps they're just planning ahead for all scenarios? My C&F person also said the C&F people had not heard from the graders...but I don't know how this could be true.

Is the C&F meeting just for people with question marks on their application? We shouldn't be concerned not to get a meeting if we already received a certification letter, right?
