I am a former Old Dominion Monarch (Norfolk, VA)...We are just now getting a Division 1 football team so hopefully more people will hear about the school in the future.

I was going to try using the blackboard housing forum to see if I could get a roomate(s) in Williamsburg by the end of June.

toad did you already apply? I made the mistake of waiting too long and now am on the waitlist for the gradplex, that's why I'm looking at other options. Gradplex sounded like quite a deal especially for someone who cant easily move his furnishings across country.

toad,
let me know when you get off the waitlist. I am #16, and I want to find out as soon as possible if there is any chance of me getting off it. I have another good housing option, but I will need to act soon to take advantage of it if the gradplex falls through.

if i'm correct today is the day when people have to accept the housing offer so we should find out shortly.

Alright future "Tribe"... em, guys (I'm not sure what we call ourselves?!?)
Lets start our own gang on campus, we can steal the lunch money from the weaker kids and sell our protection services to the nerds... what do you think?
In all seriousness, do we have a final count of TLS folks heading to W&M Law?

Welcome class of 2010! My name is Larry and I'm a 3L. I will see you guys during the orientation week at the little shin digs the school throws for you.
If you have any questions, holla at me. As for housing, good luck. It is pain in the ass.
Larry

I got into a Cali firm- I'm thinking they match you with a firm that will do mock cases in the state you cam from- they assume you will be returning there for the rest of your legal career. Yeah, I'm in Williamsburg now, just went to Virginia Beach and about to go to Colonial Willaimsburg for the Tuesday market.
So far I love it here- I've converted nicely

Hey Joe, glad to see you are enjoying it so far. I should be down there in just over a week. I for one am in a firm based in Ohio.

Evanstep- Let me know if you need help moving. I'm here and getting bored (waiting for school to start is killing me). Also if you want to get together for beers or something- I'm down... that goes for all my fellow tribesmen (and women).
