International law firms

Which biglaw firms are best for multilingual lawyers based in DC / NYC who are interested in cross-border corporate practice (focusing on M&A / PE) at firms that clearly have an emphasis / preference for internationally-minded attorneys? I have Baker McKenzie and Cleary as two on my list. Can someone elaborate on experiences elsewhere?
