Is this just a hypothetical? I don’t see how you could have all three offers outstanding at this point.
Biglaw is the way to go, unless you happen to want to do BK. However, you could probably tell your firm you want to go BK and they’d be delighted.

I am totally confused...so you mean you accepted offers from two firms? That sounds very unethical as well as unprofessional.

Re: 2L Summer Job Choice Given COVID
Assuming that you didn't ask either firm about a split summer, I agree that you should hope no one finds out about you accepting offers from both firms, which was a wildly stupid and unethical thing to do.
But putting that aside, has the judge actually indicated that they'd want to hire you immediately after school for a clerkship if things work out this summer? Or are you assuming that the clerkship would follow good performance? If it's the former (and if you're interested in bankruptcy), then working for the judge might not be a bad plan. On the other hand, I find it unlikely that your judge would be less willing to take you on as a clerk if you spent your 2L summer in biglaw. Ultimately, I think the biglaw gig is probably the right choice, unless you have a guaranteed clerkship offer on the table.
