Tuition Payments

Do law schools allow you to make monthly payments towards tuition? What are the general payment options/plans that schools offer if I am not taking out loans?

This varies from school to school. I believe most schools offer monthly payment plans, regardless of whether students have taken out loans or not. There is likely to be a fee and/or interest associated with using such a payment plan, which again will vary from school to school. You should browse the financial aid websites for the schools you're interested in, and feel free to reach out to their financial aid offices via email or phone if you have any questions. No school will hold it against you for asking these questions, so feel free to do so at any point during the admissions process.
