'Decision Rendered' meaning & letter sent

If your online portal says a decision was rendered and a letter sent, is this how Washburn lists for those not admitted? The website also says you receive a phone call if admitted as well as a mailed letter. My letter was mailed today, but no phone call today and of course we are going into a long weekend with a holiday Monday, which means anxiety until Tuesday.
