Hi all, I am applying to a job which requires a writing sample. I have written a journal article (27 pages) on the subject matter that the organization practices in. Does anyone have any recommendations of how to cut it to 5 pages? I am stumped by this because there is too much good information.

A journal article is not an appropriate writing sample as practitioners do not write such articles. You need to submit a brief/memorandum.
