Mods, please move if this in the wrong forum. I wasn't 100% sure on where to post.
I am wondering if I need to send an updated resume to the school I am set to attend in the fall. My employer has known since my hiring interview that I planned to attend law school. I've been with my company for almost 2 years. Knowing I planned to resign to attend law school this fall, my supervisor asked me to give notice several months in advance so I could help train my replacement. They essentially wanted a date and a time frame. This was done with the understanding that I would be placed in a similar role at another office under a different title. Well I've done all that and my replacement has been trained and everything's cool. My new position pays the same, and due to turnover largely involves the same responsibilities.
Is there a need to send an updated resume in this case? I appreciate any input. Thank you in advance!
