I'm finishing up my second year of law school and I'm making my schedule for next year.
Are there any classes that I should definitely take in order to pass the bar? More specifically, do I need to take Trust and Estates and Criminal Procedure? Or is it possible to learn virtually every area of law (including these) from bar prep classes?

Evidence and Criminal Procedure are worth taking because they're covered on both the MBE and MEE. Beyond that, you could take a few MEE-only subjects to ease your burden during bar study--maybe Corporations (if you haven't already) and Trusts & Estates.

Re: Which classes should I take to prepare for the Bar? Any in particular?
Thanks for the reply. Anyone else? Unfortunately due to how my school scheduled the classes, I have to choose between taking Criminal Procedure and Business Organizations (I think it might be called Business Associations at other schools idk). I have already taken evidence and I will take Trusts and Estates. Are there any subjects I'm missing that I definitely need to take? Or am I able to learn the others from bar prep?

You can learn it from Bar Prep, the UBE is very standardized and does not have state specific law, which may be covered in these classes anyways. I would worry more about your interests than the bar at this point.
