Should I drop out?
I attend a law school ranked in the top 100, but bottom 50, and I have a 3.7 GPA. I have gotten a few interviews, but I have not received a single internship offer. Should I be calling it quits on a legal career?

It depends. Do you want to be an attorney? Stick it out. Do you not care what you do for a living? Then maybe leave.

Are you a 1L? You will be able to find something for this summer - it may not be paid, but people get summer jobs right up until the end of the first year. Have you talked to your school's career office? What have they suggested? (I know they're not always helpful, but they should know something about your local market.) How many applications have you sent, and to where?

How much is this costing you? What are your other employment options?
You should read the threads about mass mailing. It sounds like you need help with job searching.

Assuming you're a 1L: It's easy to get a 1L job (just hard to get a 1L SA), so you should be able to land something legal even if it isn't particularly desirable. I would also stick it out till you have all your 1L grades back and reassess then. You might be able to transfer up or land a firm interviewing in the fall if you keep your grades up.

We'd need much more information to give you a good answer (ties, market, cost of attendance, probably the school itself, where a 3.7 puts you on the curve, etc.), but you should probably at least finish your first year. Won't save you much money to drop now as opposed to in five months.

It's pretty typical for a lot of 1Ls to not have a job at this point. Keep hustling.

on most TTT curves, 3.7 is very high--like top 10%.
