Intensive Mandarin course in a Chinese university is cool. I know there are such programs in both universities near my home (top 50 unis), and they seem to enroll quite a number of black people.
Most of them are looking to work in/start export companies. For short periods, you can find jobs like translator, English teacher or study abroad consultants.
