Question about LSAC grading cut-off

Post by julieisawesome » Sun Oct 04, 2015 5:53 pm

LSAC states that they calculate grades up to the conferral of your Baccalaureate Degree.

If you will graduate, say, this May of 2016. Does your last semester of Spring 2016 get factored in LSAC's calculations, since the last semester (January-May) is when the degree date is posted? Or would this Fall 2015 be the last semester that is counted?

Has anyone else had their last semester counted in? Any help would be appreciated

Also, I will be applying Fall 2016, so am wanting the last semester to factor in.

The first line of your post sums it up nicely - LSAC counts everything up to the date when your first bachelor's degree is conferred, not just when your graduation date is determined. So your last semester counts.
