Wow wth...

Post by DaRascal » Tue Aug 25, 2015 12:35 am

I'm taking this class called Civil Procedure and I had to do reading for the class and I barely know what I just read. So close to dropping out of school. Everything else seems pretty easy so far, but this "Civil Procedure" mess has gotta go or else I'm just gonna drink every night of the week.

Any advice? Is this class hard or is the guy who wrote my textbook for the class just bluffing?

Get Glannon's E&E. I owe my A in that class to that supplement. And my school has a pretty tough curve (1L profs don't hand out that many As).

Hmmm it's coming in the mail tomorrow. What is going on, man? Can you believe this guy wrote my book the way he did? :P

I don't know which casebook you use, but I stopped reading mine (for this class). There comes a time when your time is better spent doing something else. I gave my professor full attention, went to office hours, took great notes, made a great outline, read through the E&E twice, and beasted the exam.
