The title. Executive position=CEO,CFO,COO,executive VP, etc.

Made a poll.

I know this is a legal forum, but lawyers deal in the professional world and I assume they know something about this.

It's way less organic now than it used to be (I think, I don't actually know for sure but that's the general sense).

2nd and 3rd poll options are the only answers. Both are probably equally valid depending on the company.
