Is it worth going to the 0 week intro to law school classes? They said you get 1 credit, but is it actually worth going to?

Didn't go to UCLA, but my school had pretty much the exact same kind of thing. It was 1 credit pass/no pass (but I'm pretty sure everyone passed).
