I've been reading a lot about 0L prep and reading E&Es/Hornbooks and I've seen a lot of students suggest getting the Black Law Dictionary (for school in general and if you're doing prep) and I was wondering if it's the same as Webster's Legal Dictionary?
I have Webster's from a legal research class I took in undergrad so I was just going to use that but if it's not the same or the definitions aren't as accurate I'll just get the other one.

Re: Random Black Law Dictionary Question
FYI it's Black's* Law Dictionary. I only say that because when i first read the thread title I was like "wtf is black law?"
Anyways you don't need to buy it. Just google anything you need and if you can't find it Westlaw has the dictionary online.
