Question for current Duke students

Post by Lematin » Sun May 31, 2015 5:54 pm

Did you guys find JD/LLM (in comparative law) students to have an edge in the job search or anything of that sort? Not sure how employers compare just regular JD people and joint degree students at Duke law. Thanks in advance!

OP: Typically LLM students in Comparative Law have a foreign law degree & take the LLM in order to qualify to sit for the state bars of New York, Massachusetts & a few other states.
I think that some readers might be a bit confused by your question. (And maybe I'm one of them.)
