EQUITY & TRUSTS LAW US EQUIVALENTS AND TAXATION LAWS

Post by adderinle » Sat May 30, 2015 10:08 am

I am enquiring on throughput texts & caselaw / case notes on the US equivalent of Laws on Equity & Trusts in English law; perhaps also on Taxation laws: State & Federal. Any suggestions?

I can't answer your question, but you don't need to create multiple threads to ask the same question, so I've merged them.

The first was a legit spelling, and the second isn't the intended word.

As for the OP, Amazon is your friend. If you have a specific purpose, there may be some particular book that is better, but for general reading, just buy something highly reviewed there.
