Fed Courts is notoriously gunner heavy (and I bet most courses with constitutional the title are too), so it's probably just who you were up against on the curve.

Also, how did you pick which classes to study hard for and which not? Seems like there may be some selection bias.

Advanced Constitutional Torts is the tip off that this is a troll thread, yes? No way that's a real class right?

welcome to law school where your grades are directly inversely related to the amount you study
at least for me it is.
didn't study at all this semester. let's see what happens...

12 hours of study + going to class is more than enough to learn all the material in most law school courses. Anything more and you're getting too deep.

Re: Study Tons = B's, Study None = A's
I knew Fed Cts n Adv Con Torts would be tough, so I went to every class, briefed every case, made my own outlines, and easily put in over 250+ hours (over the whole semester) worth of effort into those 2 courses.
The other 3 courses I never went to class, never briefed a case, and put in about 10-11 hours total.
I think the professors fucked me over tbh
edit: I did Evidence P/F, so I wasn't worried ... The other 2 courses (PR, and Adv Leg Research) have easy curves ... re: troll, not sure what you want me to say? This is a real class

makes sense, we have a prof here who skips a lot of that stuff during Fed Courtszacharus85 wrote:Holy shit it is - focuses on section 1983.Jason Taverner wrote:I think it's a class at GULC.pancakes3 wrote:BigZuck wrote:Advanced Constitutional Torts is the tip off that this is a troll thread, yes?
