Do any current students know if Barbri reps get paid? I know they get a free course but is there any additional stipend? Also for people who know anything about it, is the position worth it, I don't want to do anything that will be overwhelming or take away from my study time.

No, reps don't get paid. It's a "free" course in that you get a discount that stacks to eventually cover your entire bar course tuition. There are no quotas to meet and it (see: Richard Freer civ pro videos) really sells itself.
You sit for an hour, maybe two, a week at a table with candy and people approach you (for candy mostly).
